I was approached by someone from National Vacation Consolidators to sell our timeshare in Branson, MO. They said that they could sell if for as much as 13,900 and rent the property for 2 weeks at 1800. I paid 599.00 for marketing fee and said that they would refund 100% of fee, if they fail to sell/rent the property within one year of signed contract which was 7/5/05. When we approached the company, we realized that we were riped off. According to the letter that received, it was signed by Thomas Wright, C.E.O. And there website address listed as GetNVC.com. Any assistance in this matter would be grateful.
