If you have ATT services chances are you will eventually have to call for their help but expect to be routed to the Philippines or India. Then good luck if they do anything at all. I heard the other workers mocking me in the background, parroting my complaint and laughing. Its ridiculous. If ATT cared at all for its customers it would stop the outsourcing nonsense.
