Two-Hour Job Assessment Test Felt Pointless With Ethics Questions

Hello,

I took an assessment test on 04/11 which lasted for two hours. I find that these assessment tests are pointless. Saying there are no right or wrong answers is a false statement. These assessment tests are more ethical questions with real answers that should be given. Of course I will answer that I have been late to work in the years that I have held down a full-time job. I would be lying if I submitted the answer only once! I live in the real world, and these questions make no sense whatsoever! So do not even think about me taking the assessment test in 90 days thinking I am so desperate to work at this company.
