I was overcharged when purchasing an assessment test from Assessment.com. They were supposed to apply a 25% percent discount for 'liking' them on Facebook and entering a coupon code. However, the coupon code did not apply. After sending three emails and leaving two voicemails, I still have had no response. The first correspondence was sent on Mar 5th, and I have emailed two different addresses. I've seen on Facebook that this is happening to others as well.
