Turned in hail-damaged roof only six years old, raining almost daily, that was leaking through my ceiling on new laminated floor on may 4th-6th, replaced roof on may 14th & 15th state farm denied claim stating didn't get to inspect roof before it was replaced. I notified insurance commissioner state of missouri.
They lied to missouri insurance commissoner of date of my call to my insurance agent, stated notified on may 10th pam fortune of home office knew better, yet she sent a check for $119.00 after deductible to repair ceiling. I have cancelled my homeowners and auto insurance with state farm, i encurage everyone else to do also.
I cannot afford $5000.00 to have what should have been insured, then decived commissioners office, i have to pay all out of my pocket. State farm ripped me off.
