E-Credit Solutions
Broke a federal law and stole from me!

I was contacted via home mail delivery of a company going by the name of E-Credit Solutions based in Miami Florida. The piece of mail stated that they were trying to get in touch with me about my approved credit card with a $4000 dollar limt.

Curiosity struck me and I contacted them to find out more about the offer. The woman I spoke with took my personal information and then placed a gentleman on the telephone with me to question me about my checking account.

I then asked him why he needed my bank account number and he stated for "Verification purposes."
I then gave him the number and he assured me that this company would not be accessing my account because it was against the law for them to do so without my authorization.

I then stated that I did not give them authorization, and asked them if the line was recorded. His answer was "yes". I then felt safe knowing that my account would not be charged because it was against the law and my proof remained on the telephone recording of their line.

Two days later they deducted $199.95 from my checking account. I became furious and immediately contacted thei customer service line to report the crime.

They told me that they could not send me the money back because a package had already been sent in the mail. I told them of the recording and how the Gentleman I originally spoke with assured me that there would be no charge and the customer service representative told me that there was no way for them to access that recording to prove such a thing.

I then demanded my money back and they told me that I would have to return the package after it was delivered and then wait 21 days for them to consider my refund.

I believe that this is a crime. On that recorded message I stated three times that I would not give authorization to them to access or charge my account in any way.

My next step is to contact the Federal Bureau of Investigation to report this fraud.

Two hundred dollars may not be alot of money to some, but to people like myself... It's money I earned.
