Ripped off by CCA Credit First National card

I was send an card by those people and they called me and asked my bank information and like an stupid person i gave them. They charged my account with $199.99 and i am fighting to get my money back. I need help and some one should take care of those people, they cannot fool people like this.
They gave me an instant credit of $8,500.00 and i never recieved anything from them.
