Liars and frauds! Rip-off!

On April 21 I received a call from this company stating I could receive an unsecured credit card with a limit of $2,000, a free computer, a free cell phone, a free cruise package, and a free sattelitte. All for a one time fee of $329.00. I was skeptical and asked several times if this was an unsecured card and was told yes. I gave them my bank information, like an idiot. I was also able to give the payments on 2 seperate dates.

On June 15 I called and inquired about my card and was told by a lady named Eve that she would send it out but it may take a couple weeks as they were back-logged. It was then that she told me the package contained a signature note for a credit card. I told her I was not sure I wanted the deal but send it and I would read it over and get back with her.

On July 14 I received their package. It contained a signature note for a secured card with a limit of $5,000, a website for a free cell phone, a $500 dollar shopping spre (of which I must pay something), a "free" vacation offer of which I must pay for, a medical card (of which must also be paid $30 per year), an offer for a "free" sattelite (of which must be paid), a $5,000 minute phone cardof which must also be paid a fee, a legal portfolio registration, and a credit repair kit. I have an unsecured card and do not need another. All the offers they had had a fee involved. I have been trying to reach Eve to get a refund, but have only talked with an answering machine that never returns my calls.

This company is a fraud. I have contacted Champlain, N.Y. Attorney Generals office and can only file a complaint. I wish I knew the third-party bank that takes the money out of my account as most third-parties are not illegal. I wish to file a lawsuit or join a class-action lawsuit against this company but need others to assist me by reporting this to the Attorney Generals office in Champlain, N.Y. Their number is: 1-518-562-3282. Please get together and let's get this company off the market. I am on disability and cannot afford this, want my money back. I was hop-ing to continue to restore my credit and have succeeded in hurting my finances.
