The company received no authorization to take any funds out of my debit account or charge my credit card. I am in the process of consolidate my credit cards and happened to stumble across a fee of $9.95. The amount is small, but that is not the matter. If possible, yes I would like the money back, but more importantly would like other to know and give them an opportunity to prevent this from happening again.
