We've been settling a brief selling since mid July.By March 13th Lender of America has moved the mortgage to Greentree and certainly will no further assist the vendor. Greentree statements they'll not be providing the mortgage until November 1st. It's planned to foreclose October 31st. Bank of America will not assist determine the short-sale just before that point.
