2nd mortgage with Capitol One; which was trans to Greentree; in 2010 approved for short sale with HSBC; informed Greentree about short sales; was told they would work with us; still made pymts to Greentree; had a buyer for property; received letter from HSBC; who denied short sale. Due to GreenTree not accepting the funds offered by HSBC; contacted Greentree offering add' funds; which they did not accept; Home foreclosed by HSBC. After 2 yrs; Greentree sending letters and making numerous phone calls. Have not comtacted Greentree; want to make legal actions against these crooks.
