Using these people has been a nightmare. They intentionall send out statements late so you will either have to be charged a late fee or pay a online check fee to get the payment to them in time.
Their customer service is terrible. They charge you for every little thing you do. Online fees, annual fee, monthly fee, credit increase fee.
When I complained that they don't mail their statements until the bill is due they tell me to prove it. I am very disappointed by a business that is so underhanded.
The FTC or ICC or whomever handles this kind of business needs to know what they are doing to people. They need to be shut down altogether.
