Our maintenance dues were due we called to get an extension or some type of payments but was denied by westgate we were told we had to pay it in full.
We couldn't pay it in full so our accounts were sent to Pinnacle Recovery (Mr. Bolles) who called our home and my husband's cell phone and stated they talked to me.
My husband asked me if I had talked to them, I told him I never called Mr. Gregory Boil. Mr. Boli told my husband over the phone that I was lying. Is that good phone etiquette or what?
So now Now we are being harrassed over the cell phone and our home phone after telling this man we can pay something, but not the full amount.
My husband was told that we had to pay in full if we couldn't go borrow the money from a friend or relative. He raised his voice several times with my husband on the phone until my husband hung up the phone.
On July 19 Mr. Bolles called again and stated to my husband that he had talked to me and "I said that we wanted to settle. (lying again) My husband laughed out loudly and told him to stop calling. We were at the doctors office the time he stated I called him. Why do people tell these total lies?
