Ripped off by card (fraude)

Capitol choice consumer card

I was told if i sent in 43.00 bucks, i would rceive a platium
card within two weeks for the rush deliver. I sent it to capitol choice consumer card
1349 nw 34th street
miami, florida 33122
they didn't leave a phone #. I would like to rceive my money back asap.
