I paid Capitol Choice Consumer Credit $39.00 to process my application for credit card aproval. Abort three weeks after my check is cashed by them I recieve a call from Capitol Choice asking me to spend a addition $19.95 to have my card shipped to me. Its my card right I paid for it right? Now should I have to pay again just to have it sent to me? The Representative I spoke with told then told me once I paid the shipping and handling that I will have my card with in 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. For $19.95 I should get my card the next day.
