Capitol Choice Comsumer Credit
I paid Capitol choice consumer credit and recieved nothing back

I recieved a letter in the mail from a compant called capitol choice consumer credit. I sent in a check for $39.00 and 3 weeks later still have not heard back from them. Can not reach them at the given number. WOuld like my money back or credit card initiation. Preferably the money back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
