I have received the same letter as you all—I was really apprehensive due to the lack of a phone number and conditions and I am SO glad that I found this site. I also work in advertising so the lack of a service mark (sm—used in commonly named companies such as "Memorial Hospital" which most of us have in our home towns) vs. The trademark (tm) of the name keyed me off that something wasn't right here. This letter (which I still possess) states that "This Approval is fully enforceable under applicable federal law and the laws of CA" I'm not an attorney but I'm fairly certain that a company attaining money under false pretenses is against the law. Thanks to all for placing this complaint and best of luck getting your money back from this "company"!
