This company advertised that if you purchased their card you would get your refund faster then a paper check being mailed. I filed on 2/28 here it is 3/14 my refund has been "direct deposited" into my "debit card" (Endeavor) but I haven't received my card in the mail.
Upon calling, the representative (s) were rude. Saying I don't have a balance and to have a new card mailed it would be $10.00. This has been one big nightmare on the phone with this company trying to figure out where my card is that was mailed 3/5. It should have been here it has NEVER in my YEARS of sending and receiving mail ever taken more then 5 days to get even around heavy postal holidays. I would have been better off getting a paper check!
