First Convenience Bank Fraudulent charges after closing acct/harassing phone calls

After stupidly being a customer of FNB for several years, the last year, over 8 times our deposits were lost, entered wrong by the teller, misplaced, etc. And we were charged overdraft fees even though our payroll check was deposited before 5:00. All 8 times I had to go to the bank with the proof of deposit and have the error (s) corrected. Not very convenient if your constantly going back to the bank to make sure they correct their errors. The stressed this caused was horrible so we decided to get a new acct at another bank.

After 4 days, and making sure all our charges at FNB were cleared, we went to a location and closed our acct. We were told by the teller she would call us to verify our acct closing. The call never came so I went online to check our FNB acct. We had then been charged 139.00 in overdraft fees for what, we have no idea. We called the bank, went to the bank and no one would help us. The harassing calls started 4 to 6 times a day. Now, supposedly we owe 350.00!!! And our acct has been sold to TRS recovery services and they also call about 6 times a day!!!

This has been upsetting, and WRONG. Please dont ever get an acct with this company. Hell, any bank that has to send their tellers out walking the halls in walmart soliciting customers is a crappy bank and obviously something is wrong...
