My husband and i used ameriquest to refi our home in feb of this year they were fast with the paper work ; but had told us repeatedly our closing cost would be under 7000.00
wich is sky high already then when the loan was complete and
we received our checks it was apparent our closing was far more exspensive, it ended up being just under 11,000.00 thousand dollars. Not to mention we have now received letters
raising our payment amount.
Beware of there kindness tactics
they push you through so qwik you r head is spinning and they slip alot by you
