Does this company acutally do any research before they start trying to collect?
My wife has been verbally harrassed by this company and they are tracking down the wrong person. They simply plug a name into a database, select a social security number and begin to try to collect.
They don't listen, they don't understand, and they don't care!
My wife reportedly got a new Discover card back in 1986 under her married name. She wasn't even married back in 1986. They have a town called Bacomb, IL listed and I've lived in this state 15 years and never heard of it plus Discover can't match the old account number to her social security number.
Such disregard for peoples privacy!
Do not send these idiots anything. Might I suggest calling Mr. Ted Long at 1-877-298-2065 x. 2065 and complaining and trying to right what they have done wrong!
