I ordered a cd set one time only on my card for $8.00. Now they are accessing my account for $79.95, for which i did not knowingly authorize. I do not want any more purchases! I want my $80.00 put back on my card asap! They started the process on april 4,09, and i did not authorize any purchase from them on april 4th. Will you please try to look into this for me and keep them from taking money from me, i am on unemployment and cannot afford to make purchases like this and need my money back asap.
