Will not give me access to the account

I have been unemployed for a year. The company refused to give me access to my account so I could get my money back. Obviously I could really use this money. Do not ever use this company. Unless you are in the habit of throwing money out the window. They are a "feces crainium" company. One that shuld be shut down for the publics financial safety
