In April I signed a contract with 1st Financial to settle my debt. They deducted from my checking account $288.00 per month through a management company, Global Client Solutions. 1st. Financial no longer answers their phones or emails. Global Client Solutions cancelled their contract with them because of poor accounting practices. 1st Financial Solutions withdrew all of the funds from my account with Global. It is over $1100.00. Global offered to refund the administration fee of $9.88 per month but said I would have to seek the balance from 1st Financial. Understand 1st Financial is nolonger responding to any form of requests I send. They have numerous phone numbers, none of which work and numerous addresses. After looking on the internet, I see many others have experienced the same problem as I have. I will file with the AG's office and the BBB, can anyone suggest anyone else???
