Insta mortgage pph mortgage "rip offs"

These guys had us work on getting our home loan mod for over a year told us we could do it then a year later below is what we got from willam comer... We still have our home and have never missed a payment... These guys are straight as# %$#@$

You have been denied HAMP due to not having a permanent long term hardship as well as for a standard mod due to not being able to afford your monthly expenses.

Will, My wife and I are still waiting on a response from you in regards to our loan modification. We are hanging on by a thread and need to know if we will be getting the loan modification or not? Please respond to this email and let us know we have been working on this since February.
