How much longer do we consumers have to put up with their stealing!
They bought our previous bank two years ago and it's been downhill ever since!
My husband and I get direct deposit and instead of BB&T posting it when it comes in - they "memo post it" and put it in the next day. And amazingly the NSF fees add up Needless to say, this has caused me much grief and I am definitely writing the FDIC and FTC.
The funny thing is, I worked at this bank before it was the bank that steals your money, and I never had this trouble.
The"relationship bankers" are worthless they don't know diddly!
To top it all off, they did not deposit my line of credit because they said it would not have helped to pay the check! They have taken over 1000.00 in fees in 2 weeks and I am still fighting with them to get it back. No one at the bank has the authority to do anything; they have to pass it off to the next person. That means if one farts, they have to go get someone higher up to smell it.
If anyone is reading this, please send me a rebuttal so I know I am not alone.
