Ripoff

I was sent a letter in the mail stating that i could get paid for stuffing letter for them. I sent money to start up the process and thel letter stated that i would receive the letters within 7 days and its been a month and haven't heard from them. The start up fee was $139.00 i would like to be helped and refunded
