First National credit ripped me off

I sent the $37.00 off htinking that I was pre-approved for a Gold Visa card. I never answer these mailings, I usually throw them in the garbage but this time I fell for it. I did not realize there was not a number to call the company to attain verification on when my credit card will arrive. This is the last time I answer anything in the mail that says that you are pre-approved.
