Inaccurate credit reporting

Seventh Avenue continues to be confirming a billed-off debt of $253 on my credit history since and that I have now been arguing it using the credit agencies since 2005. I never purchased something from Seventh Avenue - never actually heard about them till they seemed on my credit history. Every time I questioned the cost, I required they deliver me some form of evidence that I'd bought anything from their website. They replied to each challenge as "debt established as correct" but would not deliver me other things. Because it was the only real imperfection on my credit history, it had been not creating a lot of an adverse impact, and so I have not pushed the problem, beyond delivering the challenge notice every couple of months. Nevertheless, it today seems the organization has discovered a means round the seven-year restriction for confirming derogatory info! A couple of months back, my credit history confirmed this might fall off in November. Last month I examined, and also the "fall off day" had transformed to March. Nowadays I examined and also the day has become July!! Determining this product WOULD NOT be erased from my statement, I looked till I came across several for that organization and approached them by telephone. Normally, with this particular being from they've NOTHING to deliver me as evidence this is my debt. However they still WOn't take it off from my credit history and provided simply to deliver mean "FTC box" to challenge them - despite the fact that they established that their documents present I Have been arguing it since 2005!! Once they obtain the box back from me, they may CONTEMPLATE removing them. Just how can it's authorized for them to carry on reporting this once they cannot supply evidence that I actually purchased something from their store??
