Gave car Ins. Qoute and came back with a surprising amount of what it would cost. Then I pulled my credit report and Mr. Poole's office quoted off MS Erma Evans credit and accident report wich needless to say was veiwed and I was not given the opportunity of getting a fair and honest qoute for car ins.
State Farm was reported on the NBC 12 news by Ken Amaro for a client of State Farm charged with running into the mans house causing exstensive damage and now after 7 mos. Giving this man and his family a hard way to go about making repairs to his home which in no way was his fault, he feels victimized.
And sir I am in the same boat with this above mentioned ins. Company in a head on collision that occcured on 1/6/03 which again State Farms client was charged for the accident, and in lieu of everything this has turned my life upside down and is continuing because of the maline practices of the so called Good Hands People: to be frank with you sir as Mr. Huntly house was damaged by State Farms Client and charged for the accident maybe this needs to be addressed on a national level like NBC, CBS, ABC or FOX, CNN and so on.
I realize fraud is a problem but real people get extremely hurt and lose to other peoples careless mistake's and everyone is not trying to defraud the ins. Company. I know the President of the United States and just maybe he will have a listening ear for a friend especially if he gets re-elected. I do have legal counsel for this situation because the Good Hands People Do not live up to their slogan.
