I was conned into a great deal with not only the tax preparation part of this scam but also the mall4all and the limited liability company. I was told I could cancel within 30 days. When I tried to cancel they told me I needed to fax an order to cancel to them. I did that.
They then told me I couldn't cancel because it was past the date to cancel. I have tried several times to get in touch with various people to get questions answered on several topics but no one is ever there or returns phone calls when I left messages. I never got my taxes done by them. They have lied about everything from start to finish. And now they don't even try to help you with whatever problem your stuck with to try to make the best of a bad situation.
It is absolutely sickening to think I threw away all my savings for such a "Great Opportunity". I hope people out there will be real careful not to trust anyone who wants your money and says you will profit from it. My hard learned lesson is, if it sounds too good to be true, it is.
