Ripoff scam con artists

I was contacted by an individual that told me he could save me 1000s on my taxes. The next thing I'm getting is phone calls wanting 8 to $9000s for incorperation.

I left several messages to contact the guy I talked to, because he said I have 30 days to change my mind and complete refund. He never contacted me when I called for him he was out or on the phone after abou 45 mins on hold I hung up.

They finaly sent me the paper work I needed to find the phone # I needed to cancel. BUT now it's after 30 days so I'm told so sad to bad.

This company misrepresented itself in many ways I hope people see this before they get ripped off like I did I'm out $499.
