National Audit Defense Network (NADN) is a huge ripoff. I sent them money for their no risk money back guarentee. After researching them I decided I did not want their services. I tried to cancel and explained that I read they don't send back paperwork and that people have been waiting for several months for refunds.
They told me people did not get the refunds because they did not cancel within 30 days. I tried to cancel the very same day. I sent faxes they claimed they never recieved and finally had to sent a certified letter. I called every week after sending the letter. Each time I call they tell me the refund was just processed and should be in my account next week. Next week they tell me the same thing.
I am very frustrated and want to warn everyone, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
They are nothing but crooks who rob honest people of their hard-earned money and will do everything possible to make sure your canellation does not get within the 30 days. If you have made the mistake of signing up send a certified letter to cancle. It will be signed with the date to prove you took care of it in the 30 days.
