Ripoff fraudulent bank draft

I received by mail an approved credit card offer by CCS/FIRST NATIONAL CARD, when I called to get some information they asked me for my cheking account number but they did not say anything about a membership fee or annual fee, when I received the cards there were no credit cards at all, they were only good to buy stuff from their catalog.

I read the papers they send with the cards and I found out that there was membership fee for $199.99, that was going to be due in a week if I didn't cancel before and an annual fee for $99.00 that they were going to withdrawal from my bank in 2 months.

I called to cancel my membership, they tried hard to convince me but finally they agreed to cancel, at least that was what they told me, but they still took the money out of checking account. Now I'm trying to get my money back.

I'm filing this report to help prevent others to get caught by this people.
