To all the folks who were ripped off by cleancredit/clearcredit:
Just print out their statement concerning the dispute process and call your credit card to dispute the charges. This is how the process will occur:
1- Call your credit card and tell them that you have not authorized the charges.
2-They will reverse the charges immediately and send you a dispute form
3-Describe in the form how that it is in your agreement you be notified of the items to be disputed for "verification"
3-include a copy of the terms of agreement from their web site in its entirety and hightlight the section concerning the dispute and verification
4-send it to your credit card without no delay
5- spread the word, get these... Out of business with the charge back process.
