We were in an accident and filed a claim with our insurance company. It took them 30 days to get us a check for a vehicle they decided to total on the second day after we called in the claim. We could not buy or even look for another vehicle until the check came and due to poor service (losing paperwork, misplacing claims, lack of understanding or interest in helping complete all that was necessary and delay after delay) we did not get compensated.
