I just came back home from school, i got this letter and it was the ccs (national card). I was happy to see me getting a credit limit this much 6500, tried calling their 1800-717-1278—it kept on ringing and there's no answer. I tried calling all day and could not get through... So i went online to find how else to activate the card and found this website... Now i am so confused and don't know if i should get the card or not... If someone would let me know what to do... I am young and want the money so bad to get bills out of the way... Now what should i do with this paper telling me that i can get all this money with no application fee... And my debts to pay are close to this amount so far.
