I am a single mother of 3 and i received a call from national consumer services stating that i could receive a credit card from national city with a credit limit of $500.00. I am try to rebuild my credit and with school just starting i was looking to purchase a few school supplies for the boys.
To much of my dismay i have yet to receive a credit card or the welcom packet that jeremy stated that i would. They have of course already taken the $129.95 out of my account and state that i should receive my information shortly.
I feel that this company should not be able to sell customers a dollar and a dream and not be responsible for the outcome good or bad. This is fraud in a major way. I do not need a booklet telling me what credit is and what is a credit report. I need my money back to take care of my children and their needs.
This company should be sued in a major way for the false information that they give you in order for you to purchase a credit card.
