To Everyone and anyone who has ever or will ever do business with Fairbanks Capital... I pray for you!!!
Not only have they sent foreclosure letters (every month, since last June) to our house... They have charged us for Hazard Insurance every month for the past 6 months... Even when we have supplied proof!!! We made a payment via Western Union last June... Big mistake... But, they took the money, and sent us a letter the very next month saying we were two months behind!!! They have called my husbands work leaving terrible messages... Embarrassing him at best!!! Then, they send our statements with late fees, forclosure fees, and anything else they can dream up. And... When we send them the payment... They take our money that is suppose to go to the PRINCIPAL... And apply it to all of their stupid fees first. So, our loan amount... Well... It never goes down!!!
They totaly suck!!! We are selling our house in the next few months... THANK GOD!!! We will never ever let any mortgage we ever have be with Fairbanks... And we advise anyone to do the same.
Thank goodness there is a place to vent and let others know of the trama bad companies like Fairbanks cause!!!
