I've a house mortgage got offered to Flagstar Bank. After I submitted extra cash by look for "Primary Cost" just, they usually use that primary payment cash to cover my normal monthly mortgage payment. Plus they can't tell me why they usually do the same to my mailed in checks-which noted obviously "Primary Payment Merely".
Easily didn't make sure and call-in on the mistakes (intentionally made mistakes), they'd tear me down by getting more curiosity on my mortgage loan. This lender is disrespectful and not follow clientis obvious demand/coaching. I'm really dissatisfied by this lender's conduct.
I've to spend so much time on calling all of them the full time, since it requires extended time (30min) to achieve a genuine individual to speak with. No surprise individuals are not keen on banks in the USA.
