I remortgaged my house with Mortgage Lending Corp. (m.L.C.), that will be section of Flagstar bank. We did the mortgage and also the mortgage specialist had assured me that my regular mortgage payment with all insurance & fees was one quantity, and closed all paper-work for this number as my regular mortgage transaction. 30 days following the mortgage removed and that I created my first cost, Flagstar bank approached me and advised me that I ended my storm insurance of course if used to donot purchase fresh storm insurance they'd cost me for this. The purpose is... I never had storm insurance, never ended it, or allow it go out. Today I've obtained a notice declaring that today they're purchasing storm insurance at my expence (at five times the price of normal storm insurance) of course if I neglect to spend the extra $312.00 payment per month, they'd damage my credit score (that will be 782) and after 8 weeks forclose on my house.
Is that this legal... Whats happening below... May banks alter your mortgage cost such as this and alter all authorized contracts? Any help could be good... Or guidance.
