Bob Hannosh puts himself out to the public as a mortgage representative, however, one of his relatives bought a listing of mine where I had the seller.
He had the contracts in his hands by 5/25 & the contract stated that the closing was to take place on or before 6/25.
After several phone calls, reminding him that if it did not close by 6/25/04, his relative would be out of contract & she would lose the house, He said that I was overreacting & to put it back on the market... (keep in mind, the buyer is related to him, but apparently he did not care if she didn't get the house.
Then he had the gall to leave me a message that I was uneducated, unethical & had not respect for myself. I have never met this man.
