Corp rip-off! Fraudulent charges! $40 million dollar settlement with FTC has taught these people absolutely nothing

It appears that a $40 million dollar settlement with FTC has taught these people absolutely nothing. According to my lawyer the $200 charge for re-affirming my mortgage in my bankruptcy is illegal since my mortgage was not behind and the charges just today for $100 for payoff to refinance this mortgage are also illegal. They will never learn
