Fairbanks capital is the Worst. Their staff members are impolite, incompetent and arrogants.
When GreenPoint anounced that my mortgage was been transferred to Fairbanks, knowing their bad reputation, I tried to stop it and refinance with another bank. It took 5 months for Faibanks to respond to my request for an assignment of my mortgage and tell me they could not do it because GreenPoint still hold my mortgage.
GreenPoint contacted them and intructed them on how to proceed and still they claim they could not do it. After written a complaint letter explaining my losses during all that time, they said simply they will not do it. I believe they dragged this all this time to collect more payment from me.
