Here is a good one for you, i made a payment through paypals "billpay', in which these knuckleheads us as well.

As to this date they have given me the complete run around about not recieving the funds ect. I have lengthy discussiond w / billpay, as well as paypal, both have verified they have recieved funds...

I am now after reading these reviews seeking legal rep. And looking to file a class action lawsuit.
