I recently received an unauthorized charge on this account that I have been not using but only paying off due to the high interest rates and the company has not been helpful at resolving the unauthorized charge.in fact they have accessed more fees on the account since I keep deducting paying the amount that was billed. Each representative I speak with gives me a different amount that is due. They all have strong Indian accents and when asked why they all give different amounts, they're responses vary from being unsure, to ask a supervisor. I have been promised reversals of late fees and overlimit fees for this charge on my account that should be in dispute yet I have not seen the reversals to date. I spend more time on the phone with them and writing letters than the charge is even worth.
I also have complained about why my interest rate has not been lowered when my original offer for this card was less interest than what they are charging. They informed me that they sent out a letter advising that all card holders interest rates were going up to 28.99%. I have since spoken with other card holders who's rates have not increased that high. I thought the legal limit for interest rates was 25% and anything over that is considered sharking.
