After I originally closed on with GeekSquad I paid $184.00 Oct. 19 for web connection. The Geek Squad affiliate advised me that my speakers weren't operating which I required an Eternet Wire with virus protection. I approached them in January for repairs ie shipping of speakers, Ethernet Wire and virus protection. The GeekSquad affiliate switched my speakers on from the turn on the rear of these, explained that used to do not require an Ethernet Wire and mounted WEBROOT after I had required NORTON virus protection. After I created the first visit I had been not educated of the extra $194.00 costs, I believed all this was free because of my preliminary account having a 6-month assurance the Geek Team might return to my home for above-stated providers at no-fee. I'm scammed
