I signed with OTT Online Trade Training to work from Home and paid 97 dollars for the program. When I recieved the information on line 1- they required more money I could not afford 2- I had a family tragedy and had not the time to dedicate to. I contacted them I was advised I had to login to the website 20 consecutive days which I did. I called, they were refunding my money in 1-2 weeks. No Money, I called if it would be alright they would send me a paper check, due to the fact they no longer have my debit card information. I said that will be fine, another 1-2 weeks. No money. Call again. There is a backlog due to the Holiday 1-2 more week and I shall have it. No Money. I call January it is in Review. I finally get an e-mail January 24 I am not recieving my refund. I mentioned I had logged in for the required 20 days back in October Alexandria Curtis stated there is not a record of that and I am required to login to the website for 20 more days in order to get the refund. So let it be written I logged in 1-25-12 ending 2-13-12. Also put in a claim with my bank.
