Don't let this company entice you with their message of hope. They are scam artists. A nice lady will call you and offer to help with modifying your mortgage. She will tell you that she will do an NPV test which is a test generated by the NPV software that she has and if you pass the test your mortgage company has to give you a loan modification. She will give you a payment that includes your taxes and insurance. She will make it sound like she knows what she is talking about and make you a guarantee of success. Please don't be fooled. Do your homework. If you Google their address, which you have to ask for because it's not on their website, you'll find that is probably a UPS Store. Just check the information in Wilmington, DE. If you receive a call from this company, contact your local Attorney General's Office and the one in the state where your caller is from. If you Google NVP Software you will find that you too can own a professional loan modification company fully equipped with the software and a website of your own for only $295.00. Please do not do this even if you think you can help others. There are too many homeless people because they did not deal with a professional, local law firm to modify their loan. If you can sit and look a person in the eye, or if they guarantee they will get your loan modified, keep your money in your pocket. I am not a former disgruntled employee.
