First: The customer service rep. Was so very rude.
Second: Being charged for something you did not sign up for.
Third: The product was not as advertised.
Fourth: Being over charged for the product that was advertised.
I also bought a tree in memory of my father in laws passing and the family never received it. This company is all around false and have no customer service skills what so ever... Its a sham that this company takes advantage of people
